Spectrelle® 20000
The Spectrelle 20000
model has
been developed with focus on applications in fusion boundary plasma
spectroscopy. It simultaneously
records high resolution spectra at a frame rate of up to one
Hertz depending on illumination conditions.
Through a special optical design the Spectrelle
20000 has a uniquely high throughput. Its
F-number of 3.6 is better than any other
commercial echelle spectrograph on the market.
The optics in the
Spectrelle 20000, including entrance
aperture and camera, is mounted on an INVAR
framework, isolated from the outer housing. This
gives the system a unique thermal stability.

The
control software is integrated
with the
Peax™ 2.0 spectral viewer and analysis software
which includes a database for displaying
searching and identifying elements and molecules in a
spectrum.
